Rondos pump industry is proud to announce the launch of its new ASF Series High-Temperature Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pumps. Engineered to tackle extreme heat challenges in critical industrial applications, the ASF Series redefines reliability for high-temperature fluid transfer, supporting operations that demand performance under temperatures up to 180℃.​

The ASF Series is designed to address a longstanding pain point in industrial settings: traditional pumps often fail to withstand the corrosive and vapor-forming effects of ultra-high-temperature fluids. To solve this, Rondos-Pump has integrated custom high-temperature seals into the ASF design – a key innovation that ensures leak-proof operation and extended service life even when handling scorching fluids. This specialized sealing system is rigorously tested to resist thermal degradation, making the pumps ideal for scenarios where standard pumps would succumb to heat-related wear.​

Another standout feature of the ASF High-Temperature Pumps is their external cooling control module. High-temperature fluids are prone to vaporization, which can cause cavitation – a destructive phenomenon that damages mechanical seals and reduces pump efficiency. The ASF's external cooling system actively regulates temperature within the pump chamber, suppressing vapor formation and protecting critical components from cavitation. This design not only enhances reliability but also simplifies maintenance, as the cooling module is easily accessible for inspections and adjustments.​

Versatility is at the core of the ASF Series. The pumps are engineered to handle a wide range of high-temperature applications, including carpet cleaning (where hot water is essential for deep stain removal), boiler feed systems (requiring consistent delivery of high-temperature water to industrial boilers), hot water pressure washers (used in heavy-duty cleaning operations), and various other industrial processes involving high-heat fluids. Additionally, the ASF Series supports intermittent dry running – a valuable feature for applications where fluid supply may be inconsistent, ensuring the pump remains protected even during short dry spells.​
