Product Overview:
The BZ series self-priming pump belongs to the centrifugal self-priming pump category. It adopts a direct motor connection structure, featuring compact structure, easy operation, stable operation, simple and convenient maintenance, long service life, and excellent self-priming performance. Before operation, it only needs to ensure a certain amount of priming fluid is stored in the pump body, which greatly reduces labor intensity.
The ZW series self-priming sewage pump has a similar structure to the BZ series. The difference lies in that its impeller and pump body are designed with a widened structure, giving it strong passage capacity. It can handle liquids containing large solid particles and fibrous impurities, such as engineering sewage.
Working Principle:
The pump body is equipped with a liquid storage chamber, which connects to the pump's working chamber via the return hole at the top and the circulation hole at the bottom, forming an axial return external mixing system. After the pump stops operating, a certain volume of liquid remains stored in the pump's inner cavity.
Once the pump starts, the stored liquid inside the pump is thrown upward together with air under the action of the impeller. The gas-liquid mixture then enters the gas-liquid separation chamber: the liquid flows back to the working chamber through the gas-liquid separation chamber, while the gas is discharged out of the pump. This process creates a certain degree of vacuum in the pump and the water inlet pipeline, ultimately achieving the self-priming effect.
